I always went to this place because of all of the good colors. But this particular time.. The guy did my nails. He was in the middle of shaping my nails, I told him that it wasn't the shape I wanted. He snapped back, and said he knows just let him do his job and that I keep moving so it's impossible to do the right shape. I'm in shock, you speak like this to your customers? Mind you, I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary but checked my phone twice. I said well that was rude... He got up and said yeah I'm F'ing rude to you, d*** .. like full on cursed me out twice. I said WOW. Eventually the lady did my nails. I did love coming to this place but I'll manage without it. The cursing came left field. There is favoritism, I must say. Not everyone gets the same treatment.

Ive been to this place several times. The last two times the owner did my full set and painted my toe nails. Both times he did a so so job. My nails were not filed evenly and my acrylic was uneven and too thick. When I asked him to fix these things, both times, he got a nasty attitude towards me. And both times the attitude became worse when my tip wasnt what he was expecting. A young girl from the back room was called to paint my toe nails and she was very bossy to everyone. The owner made and accepted several phone calls in the middle of doing my nails. He also put me on the phone with his friend to pressure me into buying a canoe when I told him I couldnt afford it. VERY unprofessional people. Salon is dirty and run down. Will not EVER give these people another dime of my money and if youre smart you wont either.

As soon as I walked in I received assistance. I asked for a fill and the gentleman basically did a whole new acrylic set because of the condition of my last one. I wasn't charged for a full set though. He provided pleasant conversation the whole time and never once did it feel awkward. I would definitely recommend this place.

I finally went to this place to get a Medi/Pedi and the young Lady did My feet and nails good. I got 2 designs and it was fine, but the problem was the quote the young lady who did my nails told me 6 dollars but when I went to pay the Lady said it was 10 I told her if I knew it was 5 dollars a design, I wouldn't have got them, then she told me the young lady quote it wrong, I got upset and I didn't like her attitude, I paid and left an tip . I told her I won't be back and while I walking out she said to Don't come back!!!! just because I complain about the bill the Owner was rude and believe me I won't be back!!!!

First time going here and will definitely go back. Prices are proportionate to the quality of service you will get. The staff is friendly and personable. The decor is unlike any nail salon Ive been to. Definitely visit this place if you are in town and are looking for perfect nails.
