C Changes has been open for about 3 months now and I'm about to get my third haircut there. Service is great, they're really good about appointments as well as walk-ins, and you just can't beat a simple $9.99 Haircut. They've got good barbers as well as stylists so pretty much everybody should be able to find what they are looking for. I'm pretty simple myself, but they also do all the complex stuff like perms, relaxers, coloring, curling, and so on. I joke with them that I'm just the early morning warm-up before they have to buckle down and do the serious hair for the day. Give them a shot and odds are you'll walk away satisfied with your hair in better shape than it was before you sat down at a chair inside.
