I usually enjoy getting my hair done, and after being pregnant and not having my hair done for a year, I was looking forward to changing the color. We just moved to the area and I decided to try Fantasy Hair Salon. I have never had such a bad experience EVER. I made an appointment and went in to get my hair colored and cut. Two stylists began working on my hair together and discussing it in another language which made me feel like they were talking about me. I showed pictures of what I wanted and we chose colors. Apparently they did not understand what I was looking for because I ended up with yellow-blonde hair and red underneath. The yellow-blonde is even after the toner they put on to cut the yellow. Before it was toned it was REALLY YELLOW. They kept looking at the clock and I felt as though they were not taking their time and they we rushing and pulling my hair back and forth - not very relaxing. The stylist doing my hair even made a call on her cell phone and held it with her shoulder as she worked on my hair. They said there was no time for the haircut and I would have to schedule a time to come back for the haircut because they were closing. At the end, after already feeling upset, I went to pay and they charged me $140! Their website price was $60 for long hair color and I was never told of any upcharges for what I was getting done. I was shocked and upset so I paid and left. I cried as soon as I got in my car. I called the next morning to voice my concerns about being overcharged and was offered a free haircut. After the service I had received the day before, there is no way I would go back for a haircut. I believe they owe me a refund if not for the entire thing, at least for the extra $80 that was not disclosed to me. Also, at the end, the stylist told me that another color would have looked better with my skin tone even after she had just done something different. Since they rushed, they apparently did not wash all of the color out of my hair because when I washed it over 24 hours later, so much dye came out and it stained my white towels. I would have never gone to this salon if I knew the unethical and unprofessional business that was going on. DO NOT GO HERE.

I absolutely LOVE Fantasy Salon!!! The service and atmosphere is really great with very affordable prices. Fantastic service!!! Great color and cut!!! My hair color looks better than ever!!! Great stylists!!! I told all my friends to get their hair done at Fantasy Salon.

Natalia did an amazing job coloring my hair. She is very professional, knowledgeable, creative, cautious and thorough. I will defiantly be back and was lucky to have Natalia color my hair and give me amazing color which everyone is complimenting me on so much now!
