I called and asked the hours of operation and was told 7pm. So silly me I asked if they had any appointments after 5pm, I was old the last appointment was 4pm. Something about students graduating. So I asked for a different day, same story. Yes I understand it is a a school but it is also a business. Not a very good lesson for your students, sounds like they need a better plan for managing students and customer expectations.
Christina and company would not let me pay a single cent of tip on my credit card. They only accept cash, i had enough for a tip when i went in there but after the service and price i was given went up i was going to do half tip and half on cc. Christina and company wouldnt accept it, so they pointed me to the cloest atm. My young sister needed a haircut..just a trim...they charged her 45 dollars. She didnt get a wash or style just a trim. She was upset that they told her a dry cut would be 22.
Horrible Experience! My aunt went here to get her hair cut; she wanted them to take off ten inches. The student was unsure of how to measure the inches, and the instructor suggested making a ponytail first, in all my years of getting my hair cut, never has someone made a ponytail to judge the inches. They ended up cutting FIFTEEN INCHES off my aunt's hair!! There is a HUGE difference between 10 and 15!! They obviously need to learn how to measure. Be careful and make sure you get a student who is more experienced!
The stylists seem fine, but the people at the front desk have been pretty bad at customer service. They just aren't very friendly.
