This place is horrible. The Manger and his wife owns this place, they do not respect their customers. People here are supper RUDE. FYI if you get a gift certificate make sure you will use it because they don't refund even though their is no written document that states "no refund". They don't even deserves 1 star.
I have not had my nails done in about 20 years. I stopped here because it was in the complex I was shopping in, It looked really nice. Henry did my nails, acrylic I believe. He was rude, and mean, I tried being extra nice but he didnt, It cost me 33.00 and I have polish on the wong side of my hand, yes I said hand, it is not cleaned up around my nail, I think I could have applied the polsh better with my left hand. he bit my head off if I didnt ans a question quick enough for him. I will never go back. It was not the experience I was expecting.
I have been coming here for a little over a year and I love it. I can either call to make an appointment or just walk in and my wait is never that long. I really love that the smell isnt that strong in this salon. I get acrylic nails and they always file them just the way I like. I have to be very specific with what I want but if i tell them they get it right. I reccomend this salon to all my friends and family and have yet to hear any complaints from them as well.
This place is horrible! My friend and I went to get pedicures 10 minutes before closing. We asked if it was to late and they responded no. We wrote our names down and picked out a color we wanted and was told to have a seat in the pedi chairs. We sat down. The water at the beginning in mine was ice cold. Once the guy used the scrub stuff he went to rinse them off with very very hot water. He then was getting ready to paint my nails without even doing a massage like usual. He then remembered to massage but it lasted a very short time (about two minutes for both feet). When he went to use the warm towels ( I am used to having them wrapped around my lower legs and feet at any other place) instead he simply used them to wipe my legs down. He painted my nails and had me set under the lights. The guy that did my feet and the lady ( my friend says is the owner or manager) both asked where I got my nails done and continued to ask questions regarding the other business. At no time were we offered a beverage (as they typically do according to my friend who had been their multiple times). While drying our toe nails the man who did my pedi and the woman both stated that we can leave in the flip flop type sandals that they placed on our feet with the toe separators to leave the store. We tried staying as long as we could to ensure our nails where dry. I sprayed the stuff to help dry faster on my toes. The woman took it out of my hand and sprayed my friends toes. After this they continued to say we could go ahead and leave the store in the flip flops and toe separators not our shoes as to not mess up the nail polish. At this point they all had their coats on and turned off most of the lights. We had to walk out of the store in the flip flops and toe separators when it was freezing outside and had been snowing off and on all day and drive in these as well. When we walked out they followed and locked up the door and walked off. I will NEVER go back there again and my friend will not either. They did not recognize her at all when she had been there multiple times before but claim to remember me when I had been their one time and none of them were there when I was there. If it was to late they should have said so, but instead they stated it was ok and seemed happy to have had us but the treatment we received proved differently.
Poor Service, Rude, Overpriced. I went to Le Nails with an old friend to catch up at her suggestion and was immediately greeted by a man who could barely communicate and just gestured at me to get me where I needed to go. During my pedicure I noticed him skipping steps that my friend was getting and vice versa, and both pedicurists were rushing through the service. They finished my toes and when they went to do my nails he cut part of my skin which left me bleeding - when I tried to acknowledge it he ignored it and just continued even though it was very painful when he put alcohol on it. A day later I had a scab where they had cut me and my toenail had been cut at such an angle that it became ingrown and hurt a lot. I asked for a refund and the technician was extremely rude, denied a refund, and attempted to blame me for the problems.
