A co-worker recommended UV Nails to me. This is my first experience with acrylic nails and I must say that I am extremely pleased with the results. My nails are beautiful! I have naturally oily nails and did have a small area of lift and a couple started to turn a little yellow after two days. However, both issues were addressed and fixed free of charge. The business is on a first come, first served basis, which can be good if you're first, but can also mean a bit of a wait if you are behind others. That said, the end result of a lovely manicure is worth the wait and I would recommend this salon and I will be going back.

I left this salon after showing up, and being asked to come back in an hour. That was fine. When I came back, there were even more people waiting and when I asked how long, the owner simply told me to take a seat. When I again asked how long, he said, "I'll get to you as fast as I can." I don't know what kind of customer service they think that is....but I will drive across town to go to Happy Nails, where they are both polite and do better nails!!

DO NOT go to this nail salon. They are cheap and use very little acrylic. I paid $16.00 and in 1 1/2 days I had to pay another $16.00 to try and get them to do them a little thicker and yet they came out the same. The very next day my finger tapped, not slammed, hit or banged, but tapped on the counter and broke my nail below the quick for a very painful experience. Nails done properly should not brake that easily. Anways, I once again went in to show them what happend and he pressed against my other nails to try and show me that they wouldn't brake which once again was very painful for the amount of preasure that he applied. He had even grabbed the nail that had just broke and was extremely painful. DON'T go to UV Nails in West Lafayette, IN they are NOT worth your time or money.

Rude is correct. The owner is rude for no reason at all. He has no manners. My first visit is my last visit. He was rough with my feet. Also, he is verbally agressive when I refused to allow him to use the razor on my feet and when I asked him to use a towel underneath my feet. I will not return.

I regularly get acrylic nails put on and this is the only place I'll go.... Other places' acrylics turn yellow, but not at UV! The staff is friendly and pedicures are great!!
