Awful. My sister & I went here after our hairdresser moved. It'd have been worth the drive due to the over priced gimmicks of this "salon & spa" $100 for highlights is ridiculous, my hair is shoulder length at best. Not to mention, we live in the south end ladies, this place is in a wal-mart shopping center, it's not posh by any means. It's not a spa, it's a churched up fantastic sams. They're all old ladies with the same "trendy" haircut lol. Point is, when we left, our friends noticed my hair looked lighter, but hadn't said a word about my sisters $150 hair. We called, & after a few minutes of their ignorant rhetoric, they said to come up & they'd take a look at it. When we got there, after her fat face made sneers, (which she didn't think I could see in the mirror), she agreed to put a few more highlights in it. If she did anymore she'd have to charge of course. Thanks for the inconvenience & the knowledge that 25 years in the hairdressing industry & a cool blonde bob doesn't make you good at anything...or at least, professional.
I have gone to Kim since I was a teenager (I am now 38) and I can't imagine going anywhere else! She is the only person I would ever trust with my hair! The entire staff is amazing!
Every time I go to this Salon I get treated perfectly! My daughter and I always see Kristina but I have not seen anyone get a bad 'do there. I highly recommend!
