I have been coming here for years. Kerri is terrifically talented as a stylist and passionate about what she does. She is a true artist and you don't have to go to Boston. I would recommend this for anyone looking for an excellent place for hair and spa treatments. It is a very nice environment.
I moved to Groton in June and decided that rather than drive an hour to get my hair done I would take a chance and try Body, Mind, Spirit. I am so happy I did. Kerri is amazing, she asked lots of questions and took time to get to know me before she did anything, her suggestions and recommendations were perfect. I LOVE the cut and color ( low lights) that she did - she did a wonderful job blending the color in so that my growing out highlights looked fresh and new. I felt years younger walking out. I have gone back several times and will continue! Tony gave me the best massage during my wash, I would make an appointment to see him for that alone, Jess makes everyone feel welcome. I went back again today for a Deep Tissue massage with Michelle. I have been getting deep tissue massage every two weeks for over 15 years, have had 100s of body work professionals work on me, and I can honestly say Michelle is in my top 2. I am a nightmare to work on due to all of the tension I carry in my body, but she is absolute magic. I can't wait to return and plan to send my husband to her as well! Thank you all - I can't wait to come back.
