I had a pedicure done today, it was one of the worse pedicures I have ever received! They asked me if I wanted a spa pedicure or a regular one. When I specified a regular one, their demeanor totally changed, and literally my pedicure from first soak to nail polish on and drying took 15 min. (yes I actually timed it). And to top off the bad experience, she cut my toenails crooked, and I had nailpolish all over my toes. Needless to say, i did not leave a tip, and will NEVER go back there!

We entered at 11:00 am on a Saturday with an appointment made on Friday mornning for 3 people for a pedicure. We arrived in front of another group of 3 and they were seated first....and they said they had an appt. Which we also had...no problem...we waited. My 13 year old daughter was taken first and she noticed that they were taking the calluses off her feet with a CHEESE GRATER!!!! Yes, a hand held cheese grater!!! I then sat down and my daughter told me quietly that she was bleeding....I asked the woman to stop what she was doing and drain the tub. She did so, but once she got the bleeding under control....she started using the grater again on her feet!!!! I told her to stop immediately. She then proceeded to simply wash the grater in the new water and put the grater back in her roll away. My sister-in-law told them to make sure to sanitize it. We did speak to the owner (who didn't offer a free pedi to my daughter) and explained to him that he needs to get rid of the cheese graters immediately. the board of health would have a fit if they saw these graters were being used! Please, be careful if you go here and make sure NOT to let them use Cheese Graters to take calluses off your feet! THey should purchase the proper tools!!!

Received a pedicure there. The woman was rubbing my foot with a stone pumice and rubbing as she was talking and rubbing until I said OUCH! We looked down and she rubbed my skin RAW! I was bleeding and she did NOTHING! I had a hole in my heel for weeks and I'm a dancer which made dancing extremely painful. I will never go there again.

Love these guys. My daughters turned them onto me. Great job. Always busy, but never had to wait. Pedi's last a long time and I love the gel nails, which is new for me. Highly recommend.
