I Love MacMed.

I have been going to Mac Med since 2007 and will NOT go anywhere else for waxing or laser! Doreen is the best, every time I get my eyebrows done by her I get complimented by people and asked who does them. She is not only great at her job but also personable and I truly enjoy my appointments. The atmosphere is relaxing, everyone that works there is friendly and courteous and the prices are very reasonable. I believe that this is the best spa in the area. Give them a try and you will not go back.

I LOVE MAC MED SPA! I go there for hair, nails, tanning, facials, waxing and I love it all!! I love everyone that works there, they are funny and polite and you really feel so comfortable. While you are waiting they offer you coffee or water :) Not only is the place beautiful but leaving it you want to keep coming back to get beautiful yourself. I tell all my friends to go there because I have never had a disappointing experience and I will be going there forever!

I teach in Milford and have driven by this place a hundred times in the past 6 years without going in. Then my daughters needed to laser hair removal. We had tried this before at a Dermatologist in Framingham who was abusive, "Stop your tears! Be quiet! I will stop and never do this again!" After THAT experience we said forget it. However, as things got worse we HAD to find a solution. When I called MAC MED the people at the desk were so nice. They set my girls up with Brittany. She is WONDERFUL. She was so understanding and so funny. And so empathetic. Sometimes there is a bit of pain that goes with this but that cannot be helped, but my daughters laugh through each treatment. Not only did MAC MED save their emotional health but got their problem under control- LESS expensive that a Dermatologist's office with BETTER equipment and all given with empathy understanding and humor. I have recommended this place over and over to people. My daughters travel from Framingham to MIlford but if Brittany was in Milford NH they would go there, too. I highly recommend this as the ONLY spa to go to. My Christmas shopping was ONLY here and birthday shopping will only be here, too. I also cannot imagine a better place around. Thank you for giving my daughters back their self esteem. No price tag on THAT!

My boss just relocated here from Toronto and asked me to find a salon and spa for her for when she arrived. Of course I was tempted to tell her to go to Mac Med for all her services because have been for the past 15 years. She was very specific that I do some comparison shopping for her because she is very particular. I went to Seasons and Stella Dicci. I didn't have a terrible experience at either place nor did they impress me. It felt generic. The owner at Seasons is too present, trying to sell this or that and making the experience tense, whereas at Mac Med I feel so relaxed and taken care of, no pressure at all. I have been spoiled at Mac Med and I know my boss Shelley will feel the same way. Julie gave me an incredible facial, I had a wonderful massage from Dianne and had my hair foiled by Pam and cut by Rebecca. I just learned they do Botox and lash extensions. I'm in trouble now!!!!
