I paid $50 for a mani and pedi. The girl was very nice but the quality of the nail job was awful. It was dark in there so hard to see the finish work. 1 hour later polish was coming off and I could see it really was not a good paint job. The tips were left unpainted skin was left around the nails my 2 big toes look like the polish is rippled. I was leaving for a 4 day trip to Jamaica on the next day, I called the spa and told them and they said a manage would return my call. Well here it is 4:30 and NO ONE HAVE CALLED, I went to a small place next to my house and had my nails repainted. What a waste of time and money I will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN
I must say that im very disappointed in this spa. I had a girlfriend come in because i had bought her a gift certificate and the service was terrible. The girl never talked or even tried to be nice to her and did NOTHING that was suppose to be done. Now i dont even live in MA so i had to go by your comments here and let me tell you all that the one who also had a bad time is 100% right. Spending over $100 dollars there, i will never do again.
