I received a gift certificate for Christmas and decided to treat myself on Valentine's Day. I live in Westfield and have never been to Puffer's. I have to say the customer service, specifically Lauren and Carolyn, was top notch. I received my first mini facial and the Stress Fix Massage. AMAZING! I felt so relaxed and comfortable during the entire experience. The facility is beautiful, very clean and elegant. I will most definitely return and I look forward to being treated like royalty again sometime soon!! Thank you again!
I have been going to Puffers for just about a decade, and it just keeps getting better! The service is outstanding, the atmosphere is amazing, and everything is customed to your requests. I will never go elsewhere!
I've been going to puffer's on and off for years. I've had my hair cut, manicures, pedicures, and almost every massage they have. They are professional and very polite and considerate.
