I've been coming to this place for years and I definitively noticed a change in their customer service. I visit this salon when I'm in the area since I don't live in Montgomery County. When I first walked in, no one greeted me. Secondly, the nail technician seemed to have an attitude while she continued to fix her make-up and speak in her language before starting on my nails. Anyway, the nail tech did a nice job on my nails. I recently found out that they have competition next door (Phoenix Nails) with better service. I will go to there next time.
The staff at Beautiful Nail treat you like you are the only person in the shop. The speak mostly English so there customers are comfortable. I love this salon. The staff is great. The owner is wonderful.
