I was due to have my roots touched up -- I am a platinum blonde and about every 2 months I have the roots bleached. I went to Simi to have my eyebrows threaded and decided to have my hair done by her, because I liked her and the prices were reasonable. She did a great job with the brows, but I was really disappointed with the bleaching. Simi told me she was going to use a different type of bleach so help eliminate brassy tones in my hair. The bleach was a purple color instead of white. When they were washing out the bleach she called another hair stylist over to the shampoo bowl and they started putting something in my hair that I still am not sure what it was -- but it was clear something was wrong. When I made it to her chair, I had asked for JUST a trim, and I explained I am growing my hair out. She cut off about an inch, which made me hair really short. Then she kept putting some hair oil all over my hair and by the time she was done, it was so greasy looking! The worst part though, was that my roots were orange. I literally had orange roots. I noticed it right away and was so shocked I didnt know what to say...she kept saying it looked great etc but I had to say something. I asked why my roots where orange and she said its hard when you bleach hair, because you never know how the bleach is going to take, yada yada yada. I honestly cant believe she would let me walk out of her salon looking like that. I asked her fix my roots, seeked advice from another stylist again. My hair looked okay the second time. I couldnt wait to get out of their by the end. Im still not completely happy with it, and I will never have Simi color my hair again.

I have been going to Simi for 9 years. I just love the way she does my hair, color, highlight, cut and blow dry. I have very curly hair and she straightens it with the blow dryer perfect. She has a great sense of humor and all the ladies in the Salon are very loyal. If you have not been there I would recommend Salon Diva 110% to you. I have moved and I drive 50 min. each way, just to have her do my hair.

Don't go there! I went there yesterday. I had a corporate party and I asked to straithen my hair (I HAD long curly hair). After shampooing the owner of the salon (an indian woman) asked me, if I want to trim just a little bit and she told me that she would cut maximum 1 inch. After several minutes I understood that she cut it and the lenght became above my shoulders. Today, when I washed my hair, it appears very short (Curly hair is always shorter when it dry) Moreover, yesterday when she finished (she also decided to curl on an IRON after straithening!!!!!! HUH! I asked to straighten!) and I was not satisfied with her work and tried to ask her to correct the most ugly parts, she told me, that they were closing.
