For a nail salon they are priced reasonable and you almost never have to wait for a technician. They are well staffed. Owners are always present and willing to squeeze in all walk-ins. Very professional. My favorite nail salon hands down!
They are priced fairly! i've been there a few times the last time i went was by far the worst. i will not be going back there again. I was being spoken about and it was so obvious. customer service is 2/5
I went to get GEL nails done. They gave me a "powder gel nails". When i got home I google it and found out that they gave me is standard acrylic with UV top coat. Im very upset about it. Gels are gels - NOT powder. There is absolutely no such thing as powder-to-gel nails, but there is such a thing as acrylics with a UV gel topcoat being passed off as gel nails. Its the most popular scam in the nail salons. BE CAREFUL people.
Lots of staff -- never have to wait unless you're waiting for a specific person. Owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. They EXTREMELY sanitary and hygienic. Each person has their own set of instruments, which are then sterilized after they're done. My french manicure looks great -- she double and triple painted them to seal it all in...not a single chip yet. A manicure is $14, and the french was $19.
