I thought the place was great. First the haircut was just $12. Very cheap imo. The people there were nice. Got on their mailing list and will get coupon's in the mail. I just walked in and almost immediatly was seen. Great service.
After waiting 10 minutes or so, another customer, who signed in online, came into this location and was told, "you're next". We were never told you had to sign in online (for faster service) or even could. I advise you check in online for the fastest service. If we go back we will, but that's if...
'Walk Ins Welcome'? They told me I 'needed to make an appointment' and talked down to me as if I were beneath them. I'll never go here again.
I've been going to this place since they opened. Stylists are always friendly and I get a great haircut with hardly any waiting.
None of the "beauticians" know any haircuts you tell them..when they cut your hair it sucks (well at least for guys)..it was ok when they charged $5 but now its not worth it..drive around for another place or let your hair grow..don't let them touch your hair!
