Tiffany, a nail "professional", did my manicure and it was awful! She took far more off than I requested some were more than half. (I kinda' feared for my fingertips.) And to add insult to injury she filed the right side of every nail, both hands, 4 times as much as the left side. The result being lope-sided nails. I pointed this out after the left hand was done and she did the same with the right hand. I left and went to Meijer right there and bought a manicure set, polish and remover. I removed the polish the minute I get home and tomorrow morning after a calming night I will do my REPAIRS. All my nails need the left side brought into proportion with the right side of the nail. They are going to get very short. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I paid I tipped figuring maybe the girl could get an education in the proper ways to manicure natural nails.

Although they are typically competent technically, the owners are possibly two of the rudest people I've ever met. I don't need to be their best friend or anything, but common courtesy would be appreciated.

After discovering this shop (Owned by Tracy and Dan), I will go nowhere else to get my nails and pedicures done. The shop is very clean and comfortable, and they always clean their tools after each client. The staff is very, very nice and I always feel at home. Definitely an A+ shop!

miserable customer service. I took my girlfriend there for an anniversary before going out for the night and went in signed in they said fifteen minutes i said we would be right back.. came back three mins later and they had taken someone else who wasnt there before. asked if we could wait me being patient waited for almost 1 hour before finally getting up and leaving. they don't speak english well ignore the customers(from what i saw) i would not take a corpse there before her funeral. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE
