Literally just walked in the door from getting my hair cut here and I had to write a review. I have never been to this salon- and I would highly reccommend it. I completely disagree with the first review on here- I thought all of the staff was very welcoming and had clean appearances. All of the girls were very friendly and helpful. Carrie cut my hair and she did an amazing job. She was super nice and outgoing and made me feel at home right away. On top of that, their pricing is the cheapest you are going to find in the twin cities (or even anywhere in the state). If you want cheap pricing and a bad haircut- go to Great Clips or somewhere of that quality. This is an amazing salon, and has an amazing staff. Highly, highly recommend it, and Carrie was awesome.
I have seen Andrea, Missy, and Taryn and all are fabulous. I have never been to a salon where I've had not just one but three great stylists. Everyone always seems happy too which is a bonus. I would recommend This salon to any of my friends. Love it!!!!!
The customer service at this salon is horrible. I did not have a welcoming experience the moment I walked in. The staff showed up late for appointments. I would never go to a place where the staff did not seem to care about their own hair or appearance. Their prices were outrageous to the level of expertise of the stylists they had on staff.
