Been going here for about two years now. Always did a fine job, although the price would always vary which I thought was weird. I've gotten tired of the waiting even if you call in ahead...waiting 15-20 minutes when you make an appointment is ridiculous. Whether you get there early, on time, or late...it doesn't matter, you're going to be waiting.

They did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. I got the "gellac" mani and pedi and it lasted for weeks! They seem to be pretty busy when I'm in there but they have a good amount of staff members, and I've never waited very long to get in. They're quick and do an expert job! I'll definitely keep going here!

I always get great service there. Not once did I find it necessary to be angry. The only time I was mildly disappointed was when I realized they gave me exactly what I described (I simply described it wrong!). As with most places, clear expectations politely stated work wonders!

I have never written a review before but the work I just had done was so bad, I just have to. I went for a fill and the girl seemed moody and in a rush. By the time she was done, I had a fill job that looked terrible (american tip) and ALL of my nails were different lengths, widths, and 2 were filed down to nubs. To top that off, the tip paint job was so bad I can't believe I paid for it but you know how sometimes you don't see all the problems until you leave the salon? I ended up having to go down the street and have another place paint over what I just had done because I really didn't feel the girl was competent enough to fix her mistakes. I've been getting my nails done for 10 years and have NEVER had a worse job. I also feel bad b/c I'm sure not everyone there sucks as bad as the girl I got. Beware.
