The person who did my nails was very nice. So nice that I almost feel guilty not returning. But the work was shoddy. I had to return two days later because my gel nails were pulling up on the sides. He fixed the work but I still had issues with the nails. I ended up going to my regular place and we are still trying to get my nails back to a normal shape. I just don't have the time to keep returning to a place to have my nails fixed. Every 2 weeks is enough!

I got my nails done 2 days before my wedding. Although their were some communication difficulties at times, the pedicure was really relaxing and my manicure looks FABULOUS almost a week later (french tip gel manicure). I really hate people touching my feet but they were very professional and tolerated my jumping from being ticklish very well. They also understood when I had to take an emergency phone call from one of my vendors in the middle of my manicure. I know they take walk-ins but I was really disappointed to see people huff and puff around as they had to wait for services without an appointment and even walk out. There were at least 8 walk-ins in under an hour (around 5:30 on the Thursday) for mani/pedi services and they were short staffed due to illness (which they apologized for as soon as we arrived for our appointment) and tending to a bridal party with an appointment. I don't think it's normally that busy but I would probably recommend having an appointment, if possible.

I went to this salon because my daughter had a gift cert to spend.. Communication seems to be an issue for me in most nail salons but this was pretty bad. My daughter wanted a mani/pedi but wanted pink french tips painted on her nails (toenails a solid pink). They lady started putting the french tips on her toes.. I told her again, pink french tips on nails solid color on toes, next thing I know she has pink toes (with cute flowers) but white french tip nails, not pink!! My manicure was 30.00 which I thought was a bit pricey especially considering she cut half my nail off before she painted them so they were really short... The workers all seemed very nice but we wont go back...
