I've been to Great Clips several time. I had a job interview, and I wanted my hair trimmed. I am a black woman who lost a lot of hair due to chemotherapy treatments. The young lady I normally see wasn't there on this particular day. I let another employee cut my hair. My hair was not cut correctly. She just took the clippers, and started shaving. She did not comb it out to check the pattern of my hair. My hair was so uneven. By no means am a racist person. Great Clips needs to make sure their employees know how to cut all types of hair before they are hired.
