Sew St. Louis
Reviews
i had gone to another salon for a sew in before i made the decision to go to stl sew ins. and let me tell you, i should have come here first. my first experience i feel like i was screwed over because not many white girls come in for sew ins. I had no idea what was supposed to happen or how the turnout should look. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. All of the women were caring and funny, and my hair has turned out perfectly. i cant believe how great of a job they have done with my hair. there is literally no complaints. my hair looks so real, and they were so gentle with the braiding. as i said before, i love it there. they will forever hold my business and the business of my friends.
I have been there twice and would definitely recommend them for women who take their style serious. Most recently I returned home unhappy about my style..not because of their work, but because of products I purchased elsewhere that I had them install. I called and communicated my feelings, they got me back in that same day and fixed my style to my satisfaction with no hassle. They taught me a lot about how to select products, especially when ordering online. I went home less than an hour later smiling. Thanks Sew Stl!! I will definitely be back, hopefully with better products thanks to you.
When I went in to get a sew in yesterday morning I was extremely nervous because of the other reviews. I was second person in the shop so, my wait wasn't even 5 mins. First off I loved the receptionist! Such a welcoming and nice lady. The lady who put my corn rows in didn't say more than 4 words the whole time i was there but, my corn rows feel great. I read a review that said they put them in so tight; Not at all. The lady that sewn my hair in was extremely nice as well. :-) My hair looks and feels wonderful and im a very happy customer. I will be a life long customer. Thank you sew stl! Cya soon
I love Sew St. Louis. It is very convenient, the stylists are very professional and the whole sew in process did not take long at all. The shop does not have you waiting for hours, My sew ins only take about 2 1/2 hours at the most. I get so many compliments on my hair when I am out in public different settings. The owner is also very sweet and hard working. I recommend this shop to all my friends and family because it is very much affordable.
Moved from Atlanta to St Louis, and I was looking for a new salon. $15 charge for natural hair is ridiculous. Plus, the stylists do not care about healthy hair. Flat ironing 4b natural hair without a heat protectant? Girl, bye. The double stitching technique and the braiding pattern used at this salon limit the weave's versatility. The braider also left two huge lumps at the back of my head. C'mon now. That's ridiculous. I took my weave out after 2 days. $95 dollars gone.
