My daughters and daughter in law and I have come to Spa Shiki for a girls long weekend for the past 5 years. A half day spa day is just perfect and sooooo relaxing. We plan on doing this for a long time to come. The ladies are super nice and the services are just wonderful. See you in January 2015!!!!!!
I've come to the Spa multiple times now, can't seem to understand negative reviews. Each time was wonderful. I had the best facial I've ever experienced with Abby (Hungarian Mud Facial), she was a doll & I would absolutely go back. I also indulged in a relaxing pedicure. My Fiance also has come to the spa & had massages (with Zoey and Lindsey) and had no complaints. We enjoy the calming environment & we loved using the spa amenities including: the mineral whirlpool, pool, steam room, sauna & more. We adore the spa and will be back.

I made an appt for a main/pedi and should have known from the booking process that it wasn't going to work out. Both services I initially chose weren't available because apparently only one person does them (Deluxe Manicure and Sports Pedicure). After settling for a Spa Shiki Manicure and Deluxe Pedicure (seemed to be only available options) Amanda booked me for 2:30 and 4:00 appts. Upon arriving at the Salon at 2:20 I was checked in and asked to sit in the waiting area. At approx 2:40 Charley came for me to give me my manicure, only to be told by the other staff that she was there to assist the other patron and not me. I was then told by Amanda that my appts were for 3:30 and 5:00, although she's the one that booked them for 2:30 and 4:00 just a few hrs ago. They asked me if I wanted to put on a robe and steam or a bit while I waited for the 3:30 appt time but I politely said no. I am extremely disappointed that they were not able to do anything but apologize for a mistake that was clearly theirs. I am here for a conference and the other time slots were not conducive with conference activities. Had I known I would've just gone to the nail salon a few miles away.
I would like to preface this by saying i am a cosmetologist and have worked in this industry for 11 years. I have never been so disappointed as i am with the services my mom, aunt, and i received. Our appointments were for 4:00, and the facility closes at 6:00. I wanted to receive the deluxe pedicure, which is 80 minutes long and was told it wasn't possible because of time. Strike number one. So i settled for the spa shiki pedicure that is suppose to be 50 minutes long. My service started at 4:06 and was finished by 4:35. The operator barely scrubbed my feet, took 2 minutes to exfoliate, and 8 minutes for the massage part of the pedicure. My aunt received an antioxidant wrap that was also supposed to be 50 minutes. She was not taken back until 4:25 and was done by 5:00. When she questioned the amount of time the product was on the operator was rude and made my aunt feel horrible. As we were checking out we were told that there was an 18% auto gratuity. This would have been fine if we would have been told about this earlier, as my mother being a massage therapist herself had already tipped the therapist. When she told the receptionist about it she was questioned about how much she tipped. I would have liked to have the option to tip. This was the worst experience i have ever had in a spa. DON'T SPEND YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!
