I wish I could give this place something lower than a star. I over looked the fact that the owner didnt tell me the debit/credit reader wasn't working until after I was half finished. I went in for a pedi and the woman was done on fifteen minutes. She basically trimmed my toenails and painted. Meanwhile, the lady who started a good ten minutes before me was still going when I left. I am not pleased and was not relaxed at all. Not coming back.
I just love this place. The nail technicians are all so nice, and they do a great job. I don't think anyone has ever made my nails so precise and still fast.
My mother went to Dorsett Nails for years and loved it! However about a year ago she had a stroke which meant she was mostly in a wheelchair but able to stand and walk short distances. I took her in to get her feet done and the next time we went back they told us she had a nail fungus or bacteria. They told us that they would do her hands if we would like. We went to another nail salon and asked about any condition with her feet. They told us she did NOT have anything wrong with her nails or feet. I had the feeling that she was asked not to stay because of her handicap. My mother was ashamed and hurt that day. I will not be going back and I ask you to do the same.
