I don't even want to give this place one star. DO NOT GO HERE! I went and got my nails done by the owner Nancy. She put the acrylic on really sloppy and my nails looked bumpy and gross. She didn't push my cuticles down so the next day they looked like they needed to be redone. Then my nails started falling off not even a day after I got them done. Nancy told me nothing was wrong with them and my nail fell off not even two days after being done. They told me it was my fault they were falling off because my nails were "too short" and that they don't push back cuticles before doing full sets, that would have been an additional charge. After refusing to refund me, they started to fix my nails and stopped in the middle and wouldn't to do anything else, so I left with unpainted and unfilled disgusting looking nails. WHAT A JOKE!!!

I have been going to Natural Nails for several years and have always had a positive experience. Nancy, the owner, is always polite, professional and friendly. Compared to some more expensive spa-type salons, I believe I get good service at a good price.

TERRIBLE!!!!! Went for convenience. WORST set of acrylics I've EVER had. Lifting after 2 days, sharp edges, uneven, crooked lines. When I called to tell them, they were RUDE, wouldn't admit it was their fault and then hung up on me.

DON'T GO!!! My fiance had her nails done here as it was convenient. This was a terrible mistake! It was the worst set of nails she has ever had done. Old polish left on, bumps and crooked nails. When she complained to the owner (who did the work) she did not want to redo the entire set and argued that it looked fine to her. Go at your own risk.

While the location is convenient and you can often get right in, the last time I was here I was asked to leave a cash tip rather than put it on my card. As a former waitress I can understand this, but the request was delivered rudely ("Don't you have cash?" with her fingers rubbing together in that universal sign for money) and made me uncomfortable. I have not been back since.
