I went here for a few years and had a few great stylists BUT the last time I went, they had all left. The girl I had did not have a clue what she was doing. I came home and looked in the mirror and noticed it was horribly uneven with CHUNKS missing. I went back immediately to have her fix it and she RUDELY told me that I'd have to wait because she was with someone else. I don't know what went on here to cause a handful of good stylists to walk out in favor of someone who had no clue what she was doing but I have never gone back, and never will. A loyal customer lost.

I have been getting my hair cut here since 2011. I use the Thursday promotion, which is a great value! My hair has gone from quite long (down my back) to half-matchstick short. Several of the lady hairstylists have worked on my hair over the year, and I have been very happy with their services throughout. They knew how to give each style the right swinging cut. They are all very kind and friendly, and they try to understand what exactly I want done. I also love the waxing services they offer. It is nice to not have to pluck my eyebrows myself. They can do a much more styled job at shaping them than I with my tweezers. I used to take classes at Wildwood Community College, but even now that I don't do that anymore, it is worth it for me to drive out there from St. Louis and continue to be their customer.

My husband went in for a hair cut. She butchered his hair. He ended up having his head shaved at fantastic sams on manchester and baxter. It was horrible!!!!!!

Sherri and Amanda have both styled my hair and I look forward to my appointments. They are very professional, friendly and listen to what I want. Very reasonable pricing for color and cut!
