ok I use to love this place so much. It was so convenient because it was in a mall. If there was a wait to get my nails done I would give them my cell number, go shopping, then come in when they called me. That way I wouldn't waste my time waiting. They are very clean and this was my favorite thing of all. I would always get nice white towels when doing a pedicure and all the ladies there were really nice. But I had to stop going there because the manager there (John is his name I think) is very rude. I had a small encounter with him trying to be a smartass. And not long after that he was talking rude to another lady trying to get her nails done too. When I tried to get a small design on my nails they made a big deal out of it. So much that I told them to forget about it. And apparently I'm not the only one who thinks he is rude. I have heard other bad stories from different people who go there. But most of them just put up with him because after all the ladies there do do a great job. I just wish he wasn't the one up front that way I would have to deal with his rudeness or at least that he would learn there is a right way to speak to people.
I love this place! Never rude to me and pretty reasonable prices. I always get a pedi and eyebrows waxed. Never much of a wait when i go!
