My only visit was when they were at the old location near Cosmoprof. My experience was terible. I was a walk-in and the receptionist put me with a boy/young man ( don't remember his name). His breath and clothes smelled so strong of cigarettes I thought at times I would vomit. I wanted to walk out, but hated to be rude. He bashed the products I use at home, which are pretty respected as top of the line (Pureology). When I went to pay the receptionist wanted to charge twice the advertised price. When I showed her the advertised price she corrected it by half. This is all a shame because I met the owner (Lori I think, from Pittsburg) and she was very nice and seems to to strive for good customer service at least that's what her web site says. I'm not sure she is aware that some of her employees are ruining her reputation.

The very best of everything. I have always left happy and feeling good about myself. I would highly recommend Untangled to any one I know. They are all wonderful.
