Dr. Hoffman showed a complete disregard for a patient (me) waiting in the examination room while he "chatted" with his pharm rep right outside the door. I have many choices in service providers -- this doctor doesn't seem to realize that. Is that arrogance? ...or ignorance? Either way not someone to whom I want to trust my health. Lots of other dermatologists in the region.
