okay so they do a good job most of the time & they have EXTREMELY low prices. but the way they do business is just strange. i went in today for a color change. i didnt have an appoinment, and they were like packed. they didnt have one person available. and that was just fine. i could wait til the next morning. it was not a big deal. but the owner insisted on stopping what he was doing (which caused that customer to get angry) and work on me. which is exactly what i didnt want to happen. but he insisted. and then he was trying to get back to her and he was rushing on me. and i just didnt like it. like, at all. it was very frustrating. the workers are very nice, don't get me wrong. they work hard and they're really sweet. just sometimes things get a little strange. ha.
