It's been about 3 months now since this business has closed its doors after a blow out tanning sale due to a supposed breakin. And still yet the owner has not contacted any of there clients with outstanding tans with them. I have left voicemails trying to contact the owner for a refund on about 120$ worth of tans but iv still yet to hear back from them and now there phone line has been disconnected.This place is the equivalent of how bad a establishment can be ran. If they do ever open there doors again ill be sure not to give them my business.

I enjoyed the services provided when they were open, however, they have been closed for quite some time with no explanation provided via signage, answering machine (which no longer exists as i attempted calling them again only to get a message om the phone company indicating that the phone number is no longer in service), or on their website. It is truly unfortunate as I will be reporting to the better business bureau as well as contacting the west Fargo police department to see if they can provide any assistance with getting my money refunded to me as a result of exclusive tanning's failure to fulfill their contract with me. When I pay in advance for tanning minutes I expect that the company will fulfill their obligation with providing me services which I paid for. It is a shame because it was convenient and I enjoyed the friendly staff.

This place was pretty awesome with past ownership, not sure why things have gone downhill so fast. Love the location. Love the beds. But now things are not as nice. Beds are dirty. Lotion products are nasty. And for the past 2 days, the place has been closed with no reason. Sign on door said technical difficulties. After a phone call, the person said they were robbed. Huh!? Now no one answers the phone. Answering machine gives no answer for closure. Website gives no answer for closure. I have 140 minutes yet of tanning credits I would like to use soon. Any communication from the owner on this would be greatly appreciated. If not, I will be forced to call the BBB and take the next step to recovering my pre-paid tanning minutes. Thanks.

I'd be very wary of these guys. As I have read here they obviously have poor business practices themselves but what really grinds my gears is that someone from this "business" is out posting false negative reviews on competing tanning salons in the Fargo-Moorhead area. The Exclusive Tan Google account wrote 4 negative reviews on 4 salons in ONE day. Take your chance with them but I'd be willing to bet you'd lose any $ you give to this place. I definitely wouldn't sign up for anything monthly through them.
