I am totally unhappy with my nails. spent $70 for a pedicure and a full set of pink and white acrylics. I spent THREE HOURS there and my pedicure was ok and came out fine but my pink and whites on my hands look HORRIBLE.... even my boyfriend noticed on his own as well as two people at work this morning. They are crooked and uneven, the acrylic is already lifting at my cuticle and I just got them on yesterday, some of my nails dont even have acrylic to the bottom of my nail, tons of air bubbles, the white part takes up half of my entire nail and isnt in a straight line where it turns o pink and they are SO THICK and dont match the real width of my natural nail! Also, the nail drill thing made multiple knicks on my fingers and cuticles as she buffed them because she kept going off my nails and on to my skin and I would have to pull my hand away from her since she didnt notice! I had two different nail techs - one did my pedicure and another woman did my pink and whites. I leave for vacation in two days and I do not have the time or money to fix what was done before I go. I will NOT be returning to Princess Nails. what a waste of a whole morning and almost $100! I should have known something was wrong because there was another nail tech making a weird face while shadowing the woman who was doing my nails - how UNPROFESSIONAL! Of course they were talking and I couldnt understand what they were saying as I am sure they were talking about how to make her mistakes at least appear OK so that I wouldnt complain. I sat in my car for almost 20 minutes LIVID as I looked over my nails and I wanted to go back in to get them fixed but I was NOT going to get the run around and sit there for another couple hours and waste an entire day! Shame on me for paying for their horrible job and knowing I was not satisfied when I walked out the door! do yourself a favor and go elsewehere!
Got a full set of acrylics done, 8 days later and 3 have fallen off and the overall experience was shady. They man doing my nails made most of my cuticles bleed and the almond shapes and nail lengths are uneven on all fingers.
Typical "hit-or-miss" nail salon. Fast, inexpensive. Got a fairly good pedicure...but felt a little nervous as I glanced over at one of the "kiddie" pedicure tubs to see it was filthy inside. Was switched to a different technician for a manicure, who hacked up my cuticles on 3 fingers so bad, it took over a week for them to heal. Not to mention the thumb wouldn't stop bleeding one day. Also, topcoat on several fingers had tiny bubbles in it. There is a sign saying they'll resolve all issues, but I wasn't looking forward to getting polish remover on my hacked cuticles, so I PASSED. Unless I'd be guaranteed to get the pedicure lady again (have no idea what her name was), I'll never go back. Sorry!
Went in with long natural nails and asked for a french manicure...the lady spoke very limited english and said something about cutting short - I said not short...she said ok french look good look good and then snip - nail cut down to my skin. The polish looks good - but I haven't had nails this short in 20 years! I will never return here.
There are some great people who work there god forbid you get a bad one...than you need to go back sooner than usual and speed more money...the one I had today did a very quick and hack job on my toes...not happy...got out of work early and was so pumped to have nice looking toes for the weekend....arg!!!!
