We went here for a roots touch up and trim. Wound up with a horrible all over color, stylist completely ruined the hair quality and color, the kind of problem that takes years to remedy. The owner does not permit refunds; and in addition is not willing to work with the customer and put them first. One of those moments where "taking a chance" was a costly mistake. Good location, but thats about it. Terrible experience not recommended.

I was in desperate need of a change with my hair. I went to Mirror Mirror and saw Maria, she cut, styled, colored and foiled my hair. I have received so many compliments, you would not believe it. Thank you Maria
