My new go to nail shop! My good friend recommended this place. The girls are careful and take their time to make sure your nails looks. I've been a loyal customer for over 3 years. My nails always look great, wear well and are very natural looking. I love this salon!

I went to OK Nails last Friday to have a manicure and pedicure because I had read all the positive reviews. However, I was not satisfied with the experience. The atmosphere of the salon was not relaxing, it felt to me more like an assembly line. The technicians/employees were fast but impersonal, they were chattin among themselves in Cambodian while doing my nails and I did not feel I received personal attention. In fact, when I saw that my toe nail was cut crooked, I pointed it out to the technician and then she tried to re-cut it, but it still looks crooked. Furthermore, and most importantly, the place lacked hygienic conditions, the towel that was used for my feet was thread bare, very worn, wet, and did not look clean. There are plenty of other nail salons in the area and I certainly will go to a more professional place for my next nail service.

Love this place they do the best job on nails that I have ever found. I always feel worth with what I pay for them :)

It doesn't depend on the salon it depends on the people that w good and works there. Overall OK Nails is really good and I wouldn't go anywhere else ! The people there are nice and like the other person says if they are rude just tell the manager and they'll fix it right away. Their always on task and never slacking. They put a great amount of work in their job and I think we should give them credit. And PLEASE if your going to be rude might as well not say it at all. Like it is said if you don't have anything nice to say don't say it at all.

I have been getting my nails done for years and recently moved to concord. I tried OK nails today and was VERY impressed. The customer service was above and beyond and everyone that worked there was very nice to me and it was super affordable. I feel they are an excellent place to go and I would highly suggest them to anyone! Thank you guys, I loved my spa pedicure and my fill!
