worst salon ever, wasn't expecting much for the price they were charging, just wanted a trim. Sherrie or whatever her name is, the one in the red hair, randomly chopped up my layers, and cut it way too short. my hair is usually very straight and manageable, and now with her choppy layers, it mysterious turned curly. It take skills for someone to give a haircut that bad. i do not recommend her.

The WORST hair salon I have EVER been in. My mother, daughter, and I all went in together and not one of us was given the haircut we asked for. The staff seemed as if we were inconveniencing them by having our hair done. They even made the comment that "it's usually so dead in here" and they were all so tired. That should have put up a red flag. My 12 year old daughter had almost waist length thick curly hair and wanted layers put in to cover up some hacking done by gum removal. Should have been easy. Instead of giving her layers, the "stylist" blunt cut it to match the shortest hairs. She cut almost 12 inches of hair!!!! My daughter was crying and I felt horrible for her. She ended up having to be cut twice. My mother had one person cut her hair (a simple pixie cut) and another one fixing the first one's botch-job. She was actually cut 3 times because they couldn't get it even. I was last. I wanted a fringed angled bob. I wanted it to hit my chin and not be blunt cut. I specified that several times and showed pictures. What I ended up with looks like someone put a bowl on my head and hacked around it with a weed-whacker. It is blunt, barely reaches my ears, and is different lengths on each side. Not a single one of us were shampooed. We were all sprayed down with a water bottle. When the cuts were over, none of us were blow-dried or styled. What a mess. My conclusion? I wouldn't bring a dead dog to this salon for a cut even if it was a closed casket funeral.

the stylists and manager all very rude, all gossiping about clients and other workers. not a professional salon AT ALL
