I would give them a 10 out of 5 starts. They are the best. I only go to them when I need my nails done and they do fantastic art work. I went to a different nail salon and when I called up Hannah right away told me to stop on by and see her and she would fix the mistake the other place made. I would recommend this place to any of my friends. They do fantastic work and I am very disappointment in myself for going to a different place when I knew that there would be no place like unique nails. Thank you guys for doing a great job and keep up the good work. Very impressed.
I was there last week for my manicure. Tina was there to help me with my manicure. I am very happy. Will come back again. XM
Until today, I would have rated this facility very high. They are friendly, do a good job, very clean, and prices are reasonable. The last time I was there, I made an appointment with one of the manicurists who I liked and was able to understand. (I have a hearing disability, and if they have a heavy accent......) Today, I went there at the appropriate time for my appointment, and when I arrived, I was told that the person with whom I had the appointment was on vacation!!! I had given her my phone number when I made the appointment. I have no idea why I was not called, but in my view, this is not the way to do business.
