My go to place now. Ever since images got new terrible management, ive been coming here to get haircuts. They seem to be the only ones who are able to cut my mess of a head properly. Thanks!

One of the worst haircuts I have ever had. Stylist (if you can call her that) was clueless. You get what you pay for and if the staff was any good at all they would not be working here. I have to say that other Hair Cuttery locations can at least give you a moderately acceptable haircut. Not this one.

I'll just start with how I'll finish...I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of care and attention to detail. I will never go here again because now I have to pay someone else to cut my hair properly... Just got a hair cut 2 days ago and everything seemed fine. The woman (I believe Tracy) cutting my hair was getting through it pretty quick and was working with me well when I would ask for a little more here or there. But when she finished, she never showed me the back of my head. When I got home I noticed my side burns were not trimmed evenly and then my father noticed I had two spots on the back of my head behind my ears that were short (what I asked for) but the rest of it was way too long. This mistake made it look like I had two bald spots behind my ears. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of care and attention to detail. I will never go here again because now I have to pay someone else to cut my hair properly.

They get the job done, nothing special. Took my daughter there once, it took over an hour to trim and dry her hair. I have used it to get a last minute cut, they can handle the basics, no real counseling. The girls tend to have conversations with one another while serving the clients. The place needs to be cleaned more thoroughly on a steady basis. They need an actual receptionist instead of having the hairdressers interrupt the service they are providing to answer the phone, ring up a sale and great the next customer.

Love the service and the girls there. Very professional and friendly
