I usually don't go this far away from home but.... Nicole was very good. She is very patient and also very funny. Even though they were very busy and I didn't have an appointment they still took me. While I was getting my nails done another customer came back and demanded Nicole look at them right away. She was very patient with this person until Sarah came over to help them "find the right color." I don't really like to talk a lot but Nicole made me feel very comfortable and at home. I will be back for sure! Thanks so much for the great nails and eyebrows.!

I can't believe the bad reviews. This is by far the best nail place in the area. A regular pedicure gets you a leg scrub, long massage, heated booties, and hot stones. It's better and longer than most of the $50 pedis I've gotten at actual spas. I always used to get the mani/pedi for $30, but finally decided to try the gel nails. (yes, they totally try to sell you on it) It was awesome. More expensive, but it kept my nails from chipping for three weeks. I just painted over it when the color grew out. I love this place.

Studio Nails employs technicians who are not licensed by the State of NJ to perform manicures/pedicures. All of the women who do pedicures learn at Studio Nails, not at a cosmetology school. They are bused in from Northern NJ with the owner of the Studio. Additionally, the technicians either have not been trained or have devised their own methods of applied and removing the OPI Gel Lacquer. The lacquer either lifts from the nail after a couple of days and when they remove the lacquer they remove it with the dremel instead of soaking it off. The lacquer is not suppose to hurt the nails - but the methods they use definitely hurt the nails. My nails are so thin and weak now - I literally have to file them down to where basically no white shows to keep them from continual breakage until they grown out.

I was surprised to see the negative reviews, I have used this salon many times and never once received bad service. In fact, I have found they are always eager to work you in without an appointment and do an excellent job. I guess it depends what you are looking for. I don't like when they take too long so speed is an asset to me.
