After going to this Salon for several years, my mom got the worst haircut ever -- and they raised their price by 50% after the cut was completed. She's 92 years old with beautiful white hair. Instead of a trim, they gave her a shaved-up the back look that was popular for teens ten years ago, and looks like it was accomplished using a weed whacker. She cried when she got home. When I called to complain, the owner never even said she was sorry it happened. Just a lackluster response -- in keeping with the general ambiance of the salon. Shame on you for taking advantage of the elderly.
