Overall the place is ok, but the manager of this shop (Nigel) is very unprofessional. After a few tries at cutting my son's hair wrong, even after I told him exactly how I wanted it, he got frustrated and in a very unprofessional tone suggested we try someone else. I don't have a problem switching barbers and even the suggestion, but his tone was very unprofessional and this is the guy running the shop...smh. As long as he is there I would never go to this shop again & wouldn't recommend to anyone else. Work too hard for my money to get mistreated by an idiot.
Everyone there is very welcoming, great atmosphere, and most importantly great haircuts. My most recent trip I had to bring my 3 yr old and one year old. Everyone interacted with both kids, and made for a better experience! Nigel and the rest of the staff are the besy
