Over the holidays Hand and Stone was offering "buy one get one" free gift cards campaign. On 11/30/14 I bought a 50 minute massage gift card for $89.05, and I was told that I would get an additional free 50 minute massage gift card. Both cards even came in a card with a sicker that says" 50 minute massage or facial" The only stipulation for the free gift card was it had to be used at the location I bought it at, no big deal. On 01/25/15 my girlfriend had a 50 minute massage and used the free gift card. At the end of the massage she had to pay $42.80 because the gift card was not for $89.05 but for only $53.45. Classic bait and switch tactic, I was told it was for a free 50 minute massage, when in fact it wasn't. Buyers beware of this company and their "so called" deals......
