You must be thinking of the place across the street because every experience ive had at Heavenly Shears has been wonderful! All the girls are very friendly and accommodating to everyone. I never leave the salon unsatisfied. I highly recommend them to people of all ages!

I would love to give this a zero star rating if it was possible. Unfortunately it's not. The manager or owner in charge was extremely rude nasty inconsiderate and down right unprofessional. She put straight BLEACH on my Hair ! Are you dumb?! It makes the hair YELLOW !! They teach you this in day one of cosmetology school. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone ! Run away ! Like.... To the opposite side of Jefferson ! Asap! -- Nikki C
