I was really looking forward to getting a pedicure today. I have to tell you how disappointed I am. The nail tech that performed the pedicure acted as if I was doing her a favor by going there today. Not only did she get a major attitude when I asked her to trim my toenails shorter, but she got nail polish all over my feet! As I sat there talking to my daughter, she made faces and rolled her eyes towards her coworker. I was glad to go sit under the dryer to get away from her, until she came up and rudely interrupted our conversation by saying to me: PAY NOW! Needless to say, this was the first and last time I will ever go there!
This is a Fabulous Korean nail salon! What I find highly unusual about this salon is the quality of the workmanship. I am a nail queen from way back (before acrylic, before nail bars). I am VERY hard on my nails and then I wait too long for maintenance. This is the ONLY salon I have ever been to that make my gels last (I can go a month between fills). The prices are competitive, service is very good. The difference between a Vietnamese style salon and a Korean style salon is price, speed, and service. Korean salons have Better service, lots of luxury services, but with higher cost and slower speed, than Vietnamese style salons (less time/$$$ than a day spa) and WORTH EVERY PENNY!
RIGHT PLACE TO ME!!!! This is not just a putting something on my nails..but rather a luxury service making me feel like nobility. Faster and/or cheaper is not a deal here as I don't step in this shop to buy few drops of nail polish for my nails......It is really worth spending time and $$$ here where I get well served like a queen!! I am pretty much glad to know Byram Sunny Nail & Spa in the town..
