First off, the address on Google is wrong. They are actually located on Lomas. I bought the Living Social voucher and called to make an appointment. The woman I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful and my appointment was scheduled for Friday 7/25 at 10am. It is 10:03am and nobody is at the salon. I rang the doorbell and called but still no answer. What an awful impression this business had left on me and I will discourage everyone I know from getting any services done here.

I gave them 1 star because I would not have been allowed to publish this without a star rating- they really deserve 0. Beyond rude. I had brought a Groupon through them. I called their number and they told me to call some random cell phone number because their technician was not in or something. I left a voice mail and called back the salon if I could just set up an appointment for the next day. They were so rude, she told me they did not want my business and to get a refund and hung up the phone. Never will I ever recommend this "salon". I had simply asked a few question and you would have thought I asked this woman to bend over backwards for me. I was only in town for a few days for work for the USAF at Kirtland AFB and was very disrespected.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! My first appointment with them they called 15min prior to my appointment and said they were running behind and to come later. I get there when they asked and was still not seen until 30min later! I booked my 2nd appointment 2-3 weeks in advance knowing that they will be booked. Day of appointment I was running 5min late I let them know only to find out the owner Rebecca gave my appointment away because I didn't confirm... They require appointments yet they do not honor appointments or inform you of any such policy if you don't confirm right away! I personally work strictly by appointments only and always have people that never confirm even with 2 day prior, 1day prior, and even same day confirmation calls. That doesn't mean I give away their appointments because they still show up.The owner was very rude and unprofessional when I tried talking to her about the problem ... Save yourself the trouble do not go here or purchase any groupon they offer you may never get to use it!
