My favorite spa, bar none. I've been getting massages, facials, and other spa services since they first opened. I love the tranquil setting and the fact that the service providers are all well-trained and attuned to customers' needs. Prices are very affordable and packages are always available.
Beautifully appointed, relaxing spa at the Bear Mountain Inn! I had a facial done here recently and met a very experienced and knowledgeable esthetician, Shirley. She helped to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for me. She also gave me great at home advise for how to care for my skin, very kind! I had the Acne Facial done. One complaint was the front desk customer service. I had a gift certificate and was informed that I needed to provide this information upon making an appointment. My first reaction was that I thought I'd need to rebook my appointment..didn't understand why this was an issue. I wish she would have informed me of this after checking me in and in a more pleasant way. Anyhow, she really was fine, nothing bad, just not the best in terms of customer service. Shirley was great! You must book with her for facial services!!!
Grand Opening was a success!! Beautiful, tranquil and total relaxation. Just what you would expect from a spa. Very clean and professional.
