I am a 33 year old female who has never dyed her hair, or have had many haircuts. i called Simply Irresistible salon and made an appointment with Debbie. I walked in with long brown hair that went to the middle of my thigh, we cut about 25 inches off and donated it to locks of love.Then we went on to color and style.Debbie handled everything,she was the best!I felt amazing!!! About a month after that i got to feel amazing all over again when I received a thank you card from locks of love!!! I wouldn't have known where to send it, and i still don't! Debbie did everything, I can't wait for my next appointment!!!!

For a guy, I had the best experience at Simply Irresistible. I've had long hair most of my life and never trusted anyone with my hair. I decided it was time for a change, but didn't know where to go. I had heard from someone, that this girl Debbie at S.I., was awesome and even better with long hair. So.....I went to check it out. Not only was Debbie and her staff...AWESOME....they were really understanding about my concerns. Admittedly, I was nervous. Well, because my hair was down to my waist!! Debbie was so patient with me, she made me feel so at ease about this enormous change I was undertaking! I loved what...WE...came up with for a new look!! I understand that Debbie is a professional and her knowledge about hair and her customers has proven to be invaluable!!! So, I don't know who Samantha is, but my guess is, what she doesn't know about hair, she knows even less about people!!! Great job Deb!!!! You have a customer for life!!! Simply Irresistible.....Simply the Best!!!!!

I love Simply Irresistible! I have been a client for over 10 years! They are always trying new techniques making me feel so youthful and amazing when I leave there! PS Debbie does amazing eyebrows! I will not trust anyone else!

Overall I feel that the customer service was good, the stylist was attentive to my needs, she did everything I asked, I left satisfied and I will undoubtedly return again.
