I brought my dog in, the owner seemed a little out of it. But left her anyway, seemed to do a good job. I found out later that a friend of mines had tried getting a shitzu puppy from her and was given the run around for months. Come to find out, the owner had charged her credit card thousands of dollars. When confronted, she had blamed it on the boyfriend. Well she had to take her to court. Seems to me the owner might have a substance problem. I wouldnt trust her with my dog or money!!!
