This was the first spa I've ever went to and it was PERFECT! I was a little late for my appointment because of traffic but they were very understanding. Customer service was excellent, the spa is beautiful, and my facial was amazing. My skin had never looked and felt so clean and clear before. I loved how the lady doing my facial(think her name was Ashley but not sure) always told me what she was putting on my face and warned me about how painful removing blackheads would be before she did it. The rest of the facial was completely painless though, it felt like a massage the whole time. I would definitely recommend this spa to friends and family.

I was given a gift certificate for this spa and I had stopped in to pick up a brochure. The place is beautiful and amazing inside, unlike any other spa in the area! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They even gave me a tour of the spa and answered all my questions about the services they provide. I booked my "day at the spa" and I am looking forward to being pampered in this beautiful environment! It was highly recommended by many friends!

I was having a horrible time with my skin. I could tell my pores were clogged and I had red irritated areas. I felt like I couldn't leave my house without wearing foundation. I knew it was definately time to make an appointment for a facial. I didn't know much about the various types of facials offered and I wasn't sure I chose the right one, but when I got to C'est La Vie, the lady who was to be performing my facial, Anna, consulted with me first to make sure that I had chosen the one best suited for my skin type and my facial issues. I ended up getting the Gel Peel which removes dead skin and blemishes. Extractions were also included in this facial. Anna talked through everything she was doing and she explained to me how what she was doing would help my skin. She genuinely cared about what I wanted to gain from having the facial. She even offered to stay longer than the original duration of the facial to give my skin the extra attention that it needed. Anna explained to me what I could do at home to prevent my skin from becoming clogged again. She gave me a sample moisturizer to use until my next visit. She also advised me to use oil free make-up and face lotion, which was probably the cause of my skin problems to begin with. After my facial, my skin felt wonderfully soft and re-vitalized. It felt like I was starting off with a clean slate. Since my facial, I have tried harder to keep my face clear because it feels good to be confident about my skin. I plan on getting facials once a month to insure that my skin stays healthy!

I'd never been here before but had it reccomended to me by several people. I decided to do a day at the spa with a close friend for my birthday and this place made a great impression right away. It's very clean, the staff is professional and friendly, and they are willing to work their hardest to fit you in at a convenient appointment time. Their wide variety of services are fairly priced yet give you the feeling of a ritzy city salon that are hard to afford in these rough economic times. I would reccommend this spa to anyone, and will definitely continue to return.
