Terrible service and terrible quality. Three of us went in for pedicures. 2 of us had been there before. Where did the taller man go with the dark glasses? He was the best. This place has gone down hill! The women who did our feet, did each of us different. They came looking for their tip faster than they did to finish the pedicure! I still had wax bags on my feet at the dryer, and the woman left to get lunch, with no intention of giving me a massage! PLEASE if you get terrible service, DO NOT TIP them. If they don't get their tips, they may work a bit harder for them. Why tip for mediocre or terrible service? They just lost three more customers, but 3 more will go in and accept their lousy service.

I am surprised to hear all of the bad reviews for this location. I have been going here for several years for UV gel nails. I always have the same women do them and have gotten complements on them several times.

so upset! the older woman doing my nails had NO idea what she was doing, she kept calling them gel when they are arcrylic! i instructed her more then 10x that they didnt look as i liked i spoke with the manager about the quality of them, he said word for word "oh so sorry our fault" then ran my credit card. i should have stood up for myself and told them i refuse to pay. calling my bank today for a charge back. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! OWNER IS RUDE AND EMPLOYEES CANNOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE OF GEL OR ARCRYILC NAILS! TERRIBLE PLACE

Excellent job! The place appeared clean, the ladies were friendly and I would most certainly go back.

Wow, this place has really gone downhill. My Mom and I have been loyal customers to Nails N Beyond since we moved up here 4 years ago. Unfortunately, since it changed hands, my experiences have been awful to say the least. I do not recognize any of the new employees, and the guy who runs the place might be the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. Until my experience today, I have never felt so compelled to write a negative review of a place that I used to love so much. What ever happened to Sunny and the gang? Please come back! I now live downstate, but when I come up to visit my Mom, we like to get our nails done together. For the past two times since I've been there under the new management, I can honestly say that Nails N Beyond has changed for the worst. This past summer, my Mom and I waited an hour to get our nails done even after we had already made an appointment. The manager just kept saying five minutes, five minutes, and didn't even offer an apology. I chalked it up to them being short handed, but after today's experience, I realized that the new guy clearly does care about his customers PERIOD. My friends who used to also go there have also reported similar experiences to me recently, and I realize I should have listened to them before going to get my nails done today. When we went today- again after making an appointment- my mom waited over an hour. She needed gel tips, and I was just getting a regular manicure, but apparently, there was only one employee who could apply the tips. You would think the manager would do her nails instead, but after he was done with one client, he moved on to another woman that arrived after us. After my nails were dry, my Mom was too tired to wait any longer- who could blame her after an hour of waiting? To put icing on the cake, my step dad wanted to treat me as my Christmas present, but they would not take his credit card because he was not there. He does this throughout the year as a treat to us, and the previous owners of Nails N Beyond were quite familiar with this, but the new manager said that was not possible. He not so much even looked up from his chair when I said we have been loyal customers of this place for quite a while, and have never been treated like this. He ignored me, and even when I remarked that I would be posting a bad review to every site I could possibly find Nails N Beyond on, he again, dismissed me. I paid and then left. The fact that they wouldn't take the card does not bother me, but the overall poor customer service and the aloof attitudes we have encountered each time we have gone there recently is deeply disturbing. It is sad that the new management treats the loyal customer base that the old gang left behind so poorly. Like many of our friends in the community, my mom and I will now be taking our business elsewhere.
