This was the first time I have gotten a hair cut from this place, and I was impressed. The place is clean, the woman that cut my hair did an excellent job, no wait and was in and out in probably 15 minutes. They also have a mobile app to check wait times and to check in. I can/will recommend this place to anyone.
I love getting my hair cut here. They have an online system where you can register your cut so they are expecting you - or you can just walk in and reserve your spot. If there is a wait, you can walk to the many nearby businesses in Arlington Ridge and then come back in. They ask for your telephone number but only because that is the way they can store what your preferences are for your hair, and they are very good about verifying what your needs are. The stylists are all super nice, and they just let me vent about dumb things in my day like my cable bill or whatever it is that is aggravating me that day. I noticed the stylists have a stressful job because they have to greet every customer who walks in and grab every phone call quickly as well as do all of their own cleaning. I think the stylists are very polite even to people who aren't: I saw the stylists have to deal with a creepy guy who apparently comes in there on a regular basis to try to get the stylists' names and phone numbers - that was awkward - but they handled it really diplomatically and much more professionally and kinder than I would have! And a great reason to come back is that every tenth haircut you get there is free. Win-win!
